Spotlight on July 17-21 programs
Healing Pathway - Phase One: This introductory experiential course, trains practitioners to be a heart-centred, loving presence and to use techniques in an intentional manner to facilitate and support the healing process for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Learn to Play Ukulele: One hour/day (5:30 - 6:30 p.m.), learn the basics of ukulele as you connect to your creativity and have fun. Music selections reflect students' interests.
Freestyle Family Weaving: Open to individuals, couples, families. Explore your artistic creativity & create a woven wall hanging representing your life/family life.
Kids' Intro to Social Dance ( Kindergarten through Grade 6): Kids will have fun while learning the basics of social partner dance with line dancing, freestyle, waltz, polka, and more.
From the Inside Out: Express your creativity through activities inspired by works of Andy Goldsworthy (ephemeral art), Austin Kleon (Blackout poetry) and Rumi (prayer, poetry), as well as music, writing, meditation, movement, and mixed media art.
